OFFSHORE WORKPLACE OF CHOICE AWARD – JUDGES CHOICE ENTRY FORM

The Offshore Workplace of Choice Award will recognize a company that can demonstrate excellence in creating a positive culture and working environment for staff and contractors. The Award can be for any UKCS manned fixed platform, drilling unit or floating facility, including FPSOs.

In collaboration with Rig Run, the judges will identify a shortlist and will specifically be looking for companies that can demonstrate any successful initiatives related to workforce/people culture; examples of how it has achieved a positive and inclusive working environment for staff and contractors and demonstrate how the culture has helped contribute to high levels of workforce satisfaction, engagement and morale which results in increased safety, efficiency and productivity.
