NER Vendor Application Form

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Northeastern Region Vendor Registration

- The virtual showase will be open to the entire region inclusive of Sorors, and affiliates (aproximately 6000)
- Vendor Space is limited space, only 1 registration per business will be accepted.
- Each area meeting can accomodate 3-6 vendors dependent upon location. The virtual showcase can accomodate up to 16.
- The fee (per event) includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Vendors must supply any additional items necessary for their business setup and operation.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- In person vending is availble for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors only
- Addiitonal logistics will be distributed to the confirmed vendors
- The number of attendees are an estimate and definitne numbers will be provided closer to date.
An invoice will be sent to the email on file within 72 hours of vending approval. Space is limited and vending approval is determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bundle discount (showcase + area meeting) will be reflected in the invoice.
