Exhibitors will be sent an invoice via email. Deadline for payment is March 20, 2025.
You MUST provide the King William Fair with proof of insurance. Certificates of Insurance MUST list the following as additional insured:

2025 Special Exhibitor Waiver
By checking "YES" you are stating you agree to follow all policies and procedures as set out by the King William Fair and agree to the Waiver of Responsibility as posted.*

Important Dates

1. Deadline for application is January 13, 2025.
2. Contracts will be emailed to you by February 24, 2025.
3. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association and the Fiesta Commissions as additional named insureds is due by March 24, 2025. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to angela@ourkwa.org or mail it to King William Fair / Special Exhibitors, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
4. Payment is due March 24, 2025. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair / Food, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
5. Special Exhibitor Packets will be ready for pick up no later than April 7, 2025.
