Important Information Before You Book Your Event
To ensure a smooth and successful event rental experience with AZ Inflatable Events, please take note of the following important details regarding pricing, availability, and scheduling:
- Pricing for Early Events: Our standard pricing is based on events commencing at 9:00 AM. Should you require an earlier start time, please be aware that additional fees may apply.
- Date Confirmation is Crucial: We highly recommend that you do not finalize your event plans or send out invitations until your desired date and specific items have been confirmed by our office. Our availability changes frequently, especially during peak seasons.
- Choosing your Time: When choosing your event time please indicate what time the kids will be on the inflatables and when they will be finished with the inflatables. Do not add on any extra time. Price is based on events up to 5 hours. Set up and tear down will take place outside of your scheduled time.
- Tucson School Availability: For events at Tucson schools, please be aware that Friday availability is often limited, particularly on peak weekends. We encourage you to plan accordingly and inquire well in advance.
