Meets 3 – 4 times a year + possible prep/put together workdays (Sept, Nov, Feb, early May)
1.     Plans for teacher/sponsor appreciation throughout the year: Fall/Winter/Spring/End-of-year Celebration

2.     Plan for and write/request notes for teachers and sponsors expressing the committee’s appreciation and support

3.     Works with Director to purchase items within our budget and using our tax exempt status
