The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall is an annual event planned by and for youth in Jefferson County, Colorado. This event asks youth about their thoughts and experiences on a variety of topics, including coping, mental health, substance use, support from trusted adults, and more.

Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC) is a county-wide coalition who's mission is - in partnership with youth - to improve health, safety, and wellness in Jefferson County.

The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning and Promotion Team will plan, host, and facilitate the Youth Town Hall on April 3, 2025. It is a great opportunity to help create a space for teens to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas about issues impacting your community!

The Jeffco CTC Youth Town Hall Promotion team will help promote the Youth Town Hall as well as help coordinate and facilitate during the event. As part of the Promotion Team, you will be asked to attend the Youth Town Hall run-through (on Thursday, March 27, 2025) as well as the Youth Town Hall (Thursday, April 3, 2025) and the debrief/celebration (Thursday, April 10).

Commitment starts February 10th.

Compensation of up to $100.00 is available for youth who participate on the 2025 Promotion Team!

Being part of the Youth Town Hall 2025 Planning Team will include weekly meetings on Thursdays from January 9, 2025 - April 10th, 2025 (There will not be a meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2025 due to Spring Break.). Most meetings will be held virtually from 4 – 6:00pm; however, the Youth Town Hall (April 3,2025) and the meeting the week prior (Thursday, March 27,2025) will be in person. Meetings will be used to plan the topics to be discussed; to develop questions to be asked; and to help create promotional materials, like flyers and social media posts.
