Code of Conduct & Spiritual Integrity Policy
For Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. & Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation
Purpose & Guiding Principle
This Code of Conduct exists to uphold a spiritually aligned, respectful, and sovereign environment across all branches of Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. and the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation. It applies to every member, student, elder, staff, initiate, volunteer, or affiliate who participates in sacred work, learning, ceremony, or representation of our Nation and Temple.
This Code is rooted in natural law, divine law, tribal law, and the core values of our spiritual, educational, and cultural traditions. All members are expected to walk in integrity, truth, and honor—both in word and in deed—upholding the sacred standards that define our sovereign way of life.
Who Must Abide by This Code
All individuals within the jurisdiction or service of Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. and/or Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation must abide by this Code, including but not limited to:
- Tribal Members and Initiates
- Students and Graduates
- Sacred Council Members, Chiefs, and Elders
- Faculty, Facilitators, and Spiritual Practitioners
- Volunteers, Apprentices, and Contractors
- Administrative, Clerical, or Technical Staff
- Guests and Ceremony Participants
- No title, rank, or length of service exempts anyone from accountability under this Code Core Ethical Values
All conduct must be rooted in the following spiritual and cultural principles:
Honor – Speak with truth, walk in humility, and protect the sacred.
Respect – Treat all beings, ancestors, elders, and environments with reverence.
Confidentiality – Protect sacred teachings, member information, and temple business.
Accountability – Acknowledge when harm has been caused and take action to repair.
Nonviolence – Do no harm emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, or legally.
Integrity – Do what you say you will do; represent the Temple and Nation with dignity.
Service – Give back to the community in ways that uplift and heal.
Sacred Neutrality – Avoid gossip, division, or misuse of power under spiritual authority.
Prohibited & Inappropriate Behaviors
The following actions are considered violations of the Code and will be addressed seriously, whether committed in-person, online, or via third parties:
- Inappropriate use of sexual language, content, or conduct
- Bullying, gossip, slander, or social exclusion
- Online harassment, stalking, or doxxing
- Threats (verbal, emotional, or spiritual) toward others
- Acts of intimidation, manipulation, or power abuse
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, or identity
- Theft or misrepresentation of the Temple, Tribe, or members
- Breach of sacred trust, including unauthorized sharing of sacred teachings or
- internal communications
- Misuse of tribal titles, seals, or spiritual authority for personal gain
- Sexual harassment or violations of consent
- Disrespectful behavior toward elders, facilitators, or the land
- Violation of any terms found in the Student Handbook, Tribal Constitution, or
- Ministerial Licensing Agreements
Privacy, Security, & Data Ethics
Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. and Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation are committed to protecting the privacy and spiritual dignity of all members. Confidential data, correspondence, ceremonial materials, or educational records will be handled in accordance with:
Tribal law and internal record-keeping protocols
The sacred trust bestowed by our ancestors and community
Consent-based, need-to-know access to private materials
Prohibition of unauthorized screenshots, recordings, or disclosures
Data handling consistent with our 508(c)(1)(A) religious and tribal exemption status
Spiritual Accountability & Community Resolution
This is a spiritual nation rooted in transformation, not punishment. Violations of this Code will be handled through:
- Restorative dialogue when appropriate
- Elder or Council review for serious or repeated offenses
- Temporary removal from programs, ceremonies, or gatherings if safety is impacted
- Revocation of membership or credentials in extreme cases
- Spiritual correction or ritual intervention as needed by tribal law or elder counsel

Your Responsibility
If you witness a violation or are affected by any of the above behaviors—whether as a recipient, observer, or party to the matter—you are encouraged to speak with the appropriate spiritual leader or tribal authority. All concerns will be treated with confidentiality, compassion, and care.

By participating in any part of Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. or the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation, you agree to uphold this Code with your heart, hands, and spirit. You honor the ancestors, the future generations, and the sacred mission of this nation when you do.
