Dugan's Travels Inner Circle Marketing Program 2025 Commitment Contract
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Dugan's Travels and ("Supplier") for participation in the Dugan's Travels Inner Circle Marketing Program for the calendar year 2025.
1. Program Participation and Package Selection
Supplier agrees to participate in the Dugan's Travels Inner Circle Marketing Program under the selected package:
ALL IN: NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Deluxe: $2,500
Value: $1,500
Introductory: $500
2. Commitment and Obligations
Supplier commits to engaging actively with Dugan's Travels, including, but not limited to:
Providing quarterly updates on sales performance directly related to the agency.
Assisting in motivating Dugan's Travels agents by producing and providing engaging videos and other content as requested by the agency.
Participating in any marketing activities specified within the selected package.
3. Payment Terms
Payment in full for the selected package due January 1, 2025 and must be received by April 1, 2025 (beginning of Q2).
Failure to make the payment by the specified date will result in the termination of the Supplier's participation in the Inner Circle Marketing Program and forfeiture of all associated benefits.
4. No Refund Policy
Supplier acknowledges that by signing this agreement, they are committing to a full year of participation with no option for cancellation or refund.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the Supplier chooses to discontinue participation at any point during the year.
5. Active Participation Clause
Supplier agrees to actively participate in the program as outlined in the selected package.
Supplier understands that failing to meet the agreed-upon commitments may result in reduced visibility or benefits within the program without refund or adjustment to the package fee.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement and any proprietary information shared during the course of the partnership.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, discussions, or representations, whether oral or written.
8. Acceptance
By signing below, Supplier agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement for participation in the Dugan's Travels Inner Circle Marketing Program for 2025.
