This questionnaire must be completed by anyone interested in fostering a pet from the Henry County Humane Society-Geneseo. We at the HCHS-G try to place our animals into responsible homes while matching the foster pet to you and your lifestyle. Please know that many times we don't received a lot of advance notice on animals needing placed in foster homes. Many times your foster will come with different intestinal parasites that they will need to be treated for and can be contagious to your own pet. This is why you would need to keep them separate from your own pets. Please do not apply if you would have an issue with this.
