In consideration of being allowed to participate in Camp Sankanac and Camp Sankanac activities, the undersigned Guest and accompanying party acknowledges, understands and agrees that:

1. Participation by Guest and party in Camp Sankanac and Camp Sankanac activities includes possible exposure to and illness from infection diseases including COVID -19. While particular rules and safety measures may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist.

2. Guest and party understands and agrees that Guest’s use of Camp Sankanac’s facilities and premises includes possible exposure to COVID-19 and or any related illness, the result of which may be both serious and minor, including by not limited to cough, fever, pneumonia, hospitalization and death. Guest knows and freely assumes all such risks, known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Camp and assumes responsibility for participating in Camp and Camp activities.

3. Guest and party recognizes, understands and agrees that Camp Sankanac/BCM International assumes no responsibility for any liability, damage, or injury relating or resulting from COVID-19 that may be caused by the negligent acts or omissions of Camp committed prior to, during or after use of the Camp Sankanac premises and facilities by Guest.

4. Guest and party willingly agrees to follow and comply with all safety measures instituted by Camp Sankanac.

5. Guest, for itself and on behalf of its heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Camp Sankanac/BCM International, its successors, assigns, officers, directors, trustees, faculty, employees, volunteers and officials, from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any sickness, injuries, disabilities, death or damage to person or property, relating to or resulting from COVID-19, regardless of cause or fault, as a result of Guest’s voluntary decision to participate in Camp Sankanac or Camp Sankanac activities, whether arising from an act or omission of Camp Sankanac or otherwise.

6. By signing below, I hereby release Camp Sankanac, BCM International and all personnel thereof of any liability which may be sustained by myself or any member of my party. I understand that Camp Sankanac/BCM International or any personnel thereof is not responsible for personal items that are left behind or damaged while at camp. By signing below I claim full responsibility for all members of my party and agree to supervise the children in my party at all times. I understand that children may not be left unsupervised at any time, even if activities are being monitored by volunteers. By signing below, I give permission for Camp Sankanac and BCM International to use photos from this event, which may include members of your party, for promotional use, including publications and social media. I also agree to treat the property, staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. *
