Finders' Fee Agreement
This is to confirm that Health Choices Global Ltd. trading as ORO Mental Health will pay a finders' fee in total for every referred case. These fees are as follows:- £25 For General Mental Health Assessment and Treatment £40 for ADHD Assessment and Treatment £50 for Autism Assessment and Treatment Payment to be made via BACS.
