Important Information
All orders will be ready for pick-up by Wednesday evening of your Homecoming week. Pick-up location will be in South Arlington or Mansfield area.
👉🏻PLEASE be specific with colors & instructions!! Please ensure that you have proofread all text and name spellings at the time of placing your order. If after you have placed your order you discover an issue or need to make a name change, please contact us prior to 7 days before your Homecoming date. Changes received after production has started will incur additional cost.
👉🏻15" 20", 24", 30", 36" streamers refers to the length of the "skirt" braids, chains, and ribbon streamers NOT the total length. (no 2 mum are the same dimensions for me).
[i.e.: 15" skirt mums end up around 22-23"" in total length, 24" skirts end up 30"-34" in total length]
Payment Options
Orders received more than 14 days prior to homecoming date can pay in full or elect to pay in two equal installments - 50% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with final payment due no later than 14 days before your homecoming date.
Orders received less than 14 days prior to homecoming date are required to paid in full at time of purchase.
A Late Fee of $25 will be added if payment is made less than 14 days prior to homecoming date. A Rush Fee is added to order if payment is sent less than 10 days prior to homecoming date.
You will receive an invoice from Square to the preferred contact method selected above. State & local taxes will be added to the order total listed on this form. Please make payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Orders are not guaranteed until payments are received.
Refund Policy
All homecoming mums, garters and cutouts are custom made for the individual. I begin creating when the deposit is received, therefore, no cancellation or refund is available after 24 hours of payment. Please note minor changes to your order such as adding a date's name etc. may be available up to 14 days before your homecoming date, contact me for more details.
