2024 Hearts & Hands Gala Volunteer Sign Ups
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our Hearts and Hands Gala, hosted by Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas, on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Hotel Hartness.
Important Details:
- Volunteer Training (not required for setup/clean up): Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Hotel Hartness. Further details will be emailed to you the week before.
- Age Requirement: Volunteers must be 21+ years old.
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift at the designated volunteer spot.
- Shifts: You may sign up for more than one shift, but each volunteer must register separately.
- Attire: Cocktail/Semi Formal (please note this is an indoor/outdoor venue)
After your shift, feel free to enjoy the evening and help us celebrate our 35th anniversary of keeping families close.
