Special Notes:
Frames:
We stongly suggest black frames and white mats. Elaborate frames, and decorative frames distract from the artwork.
Typing:
What you type is what we use! Be careful when entering data, (your name, titles, prices, medium and sizes). We use what you type to produce the catalog sheets, labels and the website. We will not change the prices or other information once you have submitted the form.
Titles of Your Artwork:
Can't think of a title for your artwork? You can use "Untitled". But if you are submitting more than one entry as untitled, then name them: Untitled 1, Untitled 2, etc. This way you will know which one(s) are accepted by the juror when we notify you of accepted entries.
Capitalization:
Please don't use all lowercase or ALL CAPITALS for your name and titles.
For example:
Artist Name: jane doe or JANE DOE is not acceptable. Jane Doe is acceptable.
Title: blue skies or BLUE SKIES is not acceptable. Blue Skies is acceptable.
Please don't cause us extra work by causing us to edit your entry data for our labels and catalogs.
Thank you for your kind attention to these few rules.
Using a MAC? Sometimes JotForm and MACs don't work well together. Give us a call and we can try to create a work around to get your artwork submitted. If you visit the art center we can assist you on one of our computers if you are having problems.
