  • Withdrawl

  • Any student wishing to officially withdraw from the school must notify the Executive Director in person or send a letter by certified mail.  A student who missed school for 14 consecutive days and does not notify the Executive Director will be considered unofficially withdrawn.  To determine unofficial withdrawal, the school monitors student’s attendance monthly.  The withdrawal date will be the last date the student attends class.

In the case of a student not returning from an approved Leave Of Absence, the withdrawal determination date will be the earlier of the date the student notifies the institution s/he will not be returning or the first date the student was to return from the leave but did not.  All accounts are subject to the school’s refund policy based on the withdrawal date.
