Our community space is a supportive environment designed to assist you on your healing journey. The Forum on our Group App serves as a virtual space with multiple
channels, health articles, and frequently asked questions to help guide you through detoxification and lifestyle changes. The resources offered within our private group are tailored to address health and protocol-related questions. Please note that your access to these channels depends on the membership level you’ve registered for
MEMBER REQUIREMENTS – QUESTIONS AND SUPPORT
By joining the Gods Herbs Heal, you agree to use the space for learning, sharing personal healing experiences, and engaging in supportive discussions. Upon joining, you are required to review all the available information in the side menu panel of the app/website. This will help you find answers to frequently asked questions.
All necessary information has been provided. We encourage you to participate in our bi-weekly live Zoom community calls, where you can engage in a live interactive Q&A with experts. These calls are part of both Gold and Premium membership tiers.
NOTE: Experts are only able to respond to questions during the live Zoom calls, which occur twice monthly. If you are unable to attend a Zoom session, you can submit your questions to the experts in the Zoom channel before the scheduled call, and they will answer on the designated day. For emergencies, we ask you to book a one-on-one appointment with an expert, which will be subject to their individual fee structures and schedules.
Additionally, you agree not to privately message or email other members inside or outside the group. This feature is disabled to ensure the privacy and safety of all members and experts.
IMPORTANT RULES AND GUIDELINES
We are committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all members. To ensure this, please adhere to the following guidelines. We reserve the right to exclude any individual from our community immediately (without prior notice) for violating the following rules:
· Be Respectful: Everyone has a right to their opinion, but personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. We're all here to learn and grow, so please be kind and courteous to others.
· Order Inquiries: It is strictly prohibited to inquire about the status of orders or any shipping-related issues within the group space. Violations of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the group with no refunds. All such inquiries must be directed via email through the Gods Herbs Heal website.
· Administrators or Moderators: Direct contact with group Administrators or Moderators, either within or outside the group, is strictly prohibited unless arranging a consultation appointment. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the Main Chat Forum.
· Questions to Administrators: It is strictly prohibited to demand or command responses from experts or to contact administrators or moderators for any reason other than to schedule a consultation. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the Main Chat Forum.
· Stay on Topic: Make sure that your posts are relevant to the community's focus. Off-topic posts and repeated questions may be removed to maintain the group's integrity and purpose.
· No Spam: Self-promotion, spam, or irrelevant links are prohibited unless expressly stated. If you want to share something considered self-promotion, please check with the admins first.
· Content Rights: Sharing or distributing any information or materials from within this group outside its boundaries is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activities will result in legal action, immediate cancellation and removal from the group, with no refunds. All content within this group is protected by copyright, with exclusive rights held by Gods Herbs Heal.
· Privacy is Important: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share private information about others without their express permission.
· No Illegal Content: Sharing or promoting illegal content is strictly prohibited.
· Report, Don't Respond: If you see a post or comment that violates these guidelines, please report it instead of responding. The admins will handle the situation.
· Admins Have the Final Word: Admins have the right to remove posts, comments, and members who are not adhering to these guidelines.
Remember, this is your community; let's work together to keep it respectful, positive, and enjoyable for everyone.
By participating in this community, you agree to comply with the following guidelines. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the community.
DISCLAIMER
The structure, setup, and guidelines governing this community may change at the sole discretion of the administration. We reserve the right to modify or update these guidelines or use personal testimonies outside of this group, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
As a condition of membership, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellation and membership downgrade:
1. Minimum Commitment Period
By enrolling in this membership, you acknowledge and agree to a minimum commitment term of 90 days (3 months) at the agreed monthly rate of $69.99. This term commences on the date of initial enrollment and applies regardless of actual usage or participation.
2. Cancellation and Downgrade Limitations
Cancellations and downgrades are strictly prohibited within the initial 90-day commitment period. Requests for membership cancellation or downgrade will only be considered after completion of the initial 90-day term.
3. Post-Commitment Request Procedure
Following the 90-day minimum term, you may submit a request to cancel or downgrade your membership at anytime. All such requests must be made using the official Cancellation Request Form, which will be reviewed manually.
Approval of cancellation or downgrade requests is not automatic and remains subject to review and compliance with the original terms of this agreement.
4. Ongoing Billing During Review
Membership remains active and billing will continue until cancellation or downgrade is formally reviewed, approved, and confirmed in writing. No retroactive refunds or credits will be issued for pending or unapproved requests.
5. Termination After 90 Days
After successfully completing the 90-day minimum commitment, you may terminate your membership at any time. Upon approval of your cancellation:
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of that billing period.
You will not be charged for any subsequent periods beyond the effective cancellation date
Instructions for submitting a cancellation request will be provided within the GroupApp - www.godsherbsheal.group.app. It is your responsibility to retain and follow these instructions when initiating a cancellation or downgrade request.
Acknowledgment: By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Membership Cancellation & Downgrade Policy.
IMPORTANT TERMS
Your subscription will be processed via the payment processor of the Group App, STRIPE. Please be advised that Gods Herbs Heal does not handle payment processing and does not have access to your credit card or billing information.
Membership charges on your credit card statement will appear as "HEAL.COM."
No refunds will be given for partial periods of service or any portion of your subscription.
Any remaining access will last until the end of the current subscription term.
Please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings. Remember, all subscriptions are non-refundable, and chargebacks are prohibited.
NOTICE: Initiating chargebacks will incur a $100 penalty, in addition to potential legal consequences. Please carefully review the cancellation policy set forth in this legal document.
