Field Trip to the Farm
Field trip cost: $10/kiddo (kiddo is defined as independent walker AND question asker)

Must have credit card on file - after this form is submitted a Shipshape Farm staff member will call to get that card number on file. ****No Charges will be run at that time.

Field Trip Fees will be paid Either by 1 credit card for the whole group OR exact cash total.

(Field Trip Coordinator is responsible to gather and collect cash for all parties and pay staff member at start of field trip)
