Welcome to the registration for the LOVER Expo!
The LOVER Expo did 10,000+ in attendance last year and that was for a single day!
We have made this a two-day event!
Important Details:
Venue: The Center at Canyon County Fair (Caldwell, ID)
- First Come, First Served: All booth spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We encourage you to register early to secure your participation.
Event Details Overview:
Friday, January 24th: Doors open from 10 AM to 5 PM
Saturday, January 25th: Doors open from 10 AM to 7 PM
Setup Information:
Setup Date: Thursday, January 23rd
Mandatory Event Meeting: All vendors must attend the event meeting at The Center Venue on Thursday at 6:00 PM, with no exceptions.
Setup Times: Specific unloading and setup times will be communicated post-registration.
General Information:
Event Details: More specific information regarding parking, vendor placement, name badges, social media promotions, and other logistical details will be released as the event approaches.

Vendor Booth Setup Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless and efficient event experience for all participants and attendees, it is important that each vendor comes prepared with all necessary equipment for their booth setup. Below are the essential details regarding what you are required to provide:
Equipment:
Tables: Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables for displaying products or information.
Chairs: Please ensure you have sufficient seating for your staff throughout the event.
Displays: All display units, racks, or panels needed for presenting your products must be provided by you. Pipe and Drape will be included in your purchase of a space.
Additional Supplies: Any other equipment, such as tablecloths, signage, or decorative items, should also be brought by each vendor.
Setup Guidelines:
Space Limitations: All vendors must stay within their designated booth space. This is crucial to keep pathways clear and ensure fairness and safety for all attendees and vendors.
Ensure that your booth setup is completed within the designated setup times as provided.
Make certain that all equipment is safe and does not pose any risk to attendees or other vendors. Adhere to the size specifications of your booth area to avoid encroaching on neighboring spaces.
Reminder:
Each vendor is responsible for the complete setup and teardown of their booth. Assistance from event organizers will be limited to general coordination and support.
