A comprehensive research fee of $100 ensures your trip is both memorable and hassle-free. You will receive a professional proposal with a quote for your selected cruiseline or the cruise that we find best suits your preferences. Your research fee also includes:

Planning and Research: Benefit from our thorough planning, research, and negotiation to secure the best travel arrangements.

Expert Travel Guidance: Leverage our industry expertise for a smooth and memorable cruise experience.

Pre-Travel Organization: Rest easy knowing all trip details are organized before you set sail.

Travel Documents: You'll receive all necessary trip documents 2 weeks before your departure, ensuring you're fully prepared.

Clients who have previously booked with Take The World Travel two times will have this fee waived

Take The World Travel Booking Policies

Accuracy is key. Please provide the most accurate information possible.

After we provide a quote, it can only be modified two times before a fee of $25 per modification applies. This includes changes in dates, travelers, locations, or resort/hotel options.

Consult with your party before submitting your form to avoid extra fees.

Post-booking changes (including dates, number of travelers, destination, flights, etc.) will incur a fee of $35 per change, in addition to any fees charged by the resort/airline/tour operator.

Deposits are followed by final payments due 60-75 days before travel. If your travel dates fall within this period, full payment is required for booking.

All research fees are final and non-refundable. If you book elsewhere, cancel, or stop the research process, this fee will be retained.

At Take The World Travel, we place high importance on travel insurance as an essential component of your travel plans. It serves as a safeguard for you, your journey, and your travel investment.

Please be aware that travel providers, airlines, or travel agencies are not responsible for covering any unexpected costs related to trip cancellations or disruptions (such as missed flights or cruises), lost luggage, health issues, death, accidents, emergency evacuations due to illness, natural disasters, or terrorism.

We strongly advise you to consider obtaining a travel insurance policy for your entire trip duration.

If you choose to travel without insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging your decision and accepting full financial responsibility for all potential costs and consequences that may arise before or during your trip.

As our client, it's important to understand that you cannot claim compensation from Take The World Travel for any unforeseen expenses stemming from trip cancellations, lost baggage, health emergencies, death, accidents, or emergency evacuations due to natural disasters or terrorism unless the agency is directly responsible for these incidents.

This holds even if we didn’t explicitly offer you travel insurance for additional services purchased, or if the potential risks of not having insurance weren’t detailed.

Travel Insurance Options:

Travel Credit Insurance: Should you need to cancel, you'll receive a refund in the form of travel credit.

Full Refund Option: Opt for a complete refund of the package price in the original payment method, minus the cost of the insurance plan and non refundable deposit. This does not include any change fees that may have accumulated.

These rates often don't specify individual cost breakdowns, a method that safeguards our partners' confidential, contracted rates with local vendors. This approach ensures a smooth, integrated experience for your travel planning.
