Fall Community Yard Sale November 2024

Sign up for the GNW Spring Yard Sale today! Join us on Saturday, November 23rd from 9 AM to 3 PM in the Silver Creek Soccer Field parking lot. This event will take place at the GNW soccer fields with 70 spots available for $25.00 each. Both residents & surrounding neighbors can register to sell. Please note that no food, drink, or handmade item sales are permitted.

NOTES ON THE EVENT
- You may come and set up starting no earlier than 8:00am. Set up is to be done by 9:00am.
- When you arrive, you may park in our soccer field parking lot. You will NOT be able to drive your vehicle into or onto the soccer field. You will unload and bring your items to your assigned spot. We recommend the use of carts and/or dollies. Once done setting up, you WILL repark at the far end of our soccer field parking lot so we can have the near side of the soccer field parking lot reserved for our bargain hunters.
- When you decide you are done selling and wish to leave, you may bring your vehicle back to any available parking spot near the yard sale and load back up. You MUST park in a parking spot. You will NOT be able to park behind parked cars with your hazards on. Everybody must be cleared off the soccer field by 4:00pm.
- Please remember, each spot is 18’x18’. You are responsible for bringing your own equipment (i.e., tables, chairs, canopies, etc.)

Terms of Rental

I, the undersigned, agree to the following:
- I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for injuries to any person, damages to property, or losses resulting from my participation in this event.
- I understand that full refunds can be requested up until 6 business days before the event. Any requests made under said time frame are at the discretion of the Recreation manager.
- I understand the Great Northwest is not responsible for holding a tax license.
- I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for any losses [including rental fee] should the event be canceled for any reason.
- GNW reserves the right to assign spaces in such a way as to maximize the marketing of the event.
- I will clean my area and dispose of all trash at the end of the event. I understand a $25 fee will be charged and/or be banned from participating in future yard sales if I do not comply.
- Items for sale must be appropriate for all audiences.
- I understand that food, drink, or handmade items are NOT permitted to be sold.
- I understand that I may NOT market, promote, or solicit for a business, company, person, or myself.
- I understand I am responsible for providing my tables, chairs, and canopy.
- All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued.
- No vehicles are allowed on the field during event hours.
- GNW reserves the right to refuse sellers if they are not complying with the above terms of rental.
