Conditions of Enrollment Weekends 2023

Note: Trails Recreation Center will hereafter be referred to as 7730616 Canada Association(abbreviated 7730616).

All participants above the age of four who are not completely toilet trained may come to the program, but must be accompanied by their own shadow.

1b) The child must be able to communicate in some way that he/she needs the washroom.

Cost Breakdown (11/12 weekends per session)

Session 1 (September 20th - December 13th): $900.00 (parents will pack a lunch, participants will receive snacks, all supplies necessary for activities).

Session 2 (January 10th to March 21st): $825.00 (parents will pack a lunch, participants will receive snacks, all supplies necessary for activities).

Session 3 (March 28th - June 13th): $825.00 (parents will pack a lunch, participants will receive snacks, all supplies necessary for activities).

7730616 (Trails Recreation Center) has the right to terminate a participants stay should they become danger to himself or herself or others.
*This includes if the child requires more care than the director feels the staff is able to provide. No refund will be issued.

By signing this document, parents authorize the use of any photographs or other forms of media taken of the children during their time at the the center for publicity purposes such as brochures. All materials used will remain the property of 7730616.
