This program honors employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication, compassion, and support within our college community by providing Spotlight awards and thank you notes.
Nominations and Thank yous: To nominate someone or to send a thank note, complete the online form with the nominee’s name, department, and a detailed description of their outstanding contributions.

Your nomination will help us celebrate and recognize those who make a significant impact at Panola College.

Eligibility: All full-time and part-time employees of Panola College are eligible to receive thank you notes and be nominated for the spotlight award. Employees are only eligible to receive a spotlight award once each academic year. The program runs from September to April each year.
