Michigan State Cameo Girl Pageant Registration Form

Please fill out the form to register for the Michigan Cinderella State Cameo Girl Pageant held on Sunday, February 9th, 2025 at the Dogwood Center for the Performing Arts: 4734 South Campus Court, Fremont, MI 49412. Event starts promptly at 10:00am. Winners receive $100 (if 5 or more compete in their age division) a round crown, embroidered sash, flowers, trophy and the title of Michigan State Cameo Girl 2025.
PLAN AHEAD TO JOIN US FOR A MAGICAL WEEKEND IN FREMONT, MI!

The MICHIGAN CINDERELLA SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT STATE FINALS will take place MAY 2-4, 2025 Fremont, MI; all participants who win the overall title at any of our preliminary events are required to attend the STATE FINALS. If your daughter wins the overall title at this preliminary, she will be required to put down a $100 deposit (towards state registration fees) in order to officially accept her title.
