VENDOR TICKETS, SPACE & ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
Vendor participation at Sol y Luna Festival is structured as follows.

Vendor Ticket & Space

Vendor tickets are sold through Eventbrite.

Vendor Ticket Pricing:
- Early Bird: $200
- General Admission: $250
- Last Minute: $300
Each Vendor Ticket includes:
- Access for ONE (1) Vendor
- ONE (1) 10×10 vendor tent space
Partners & Additional People

If you have a partner or collaborator joining you at your booth:
- They are considered a vendor as well
- They must purchase a regular General Admission ticket as a participant, not a vendor.
- They may share your 10×10 vendor space
- If your partner or collaborator requires their own vendor space, they must purchase their own Vendor Ticket, which includes a separate 10×10 vendor tent space.
  
  There are:
- No helper passes
- No free partner passes
- No shared vendor tickets
Additional Vendor Space

If you require an additional 10×10 vendor space:
- An additional $100 space fee is required
- Paid via Venmo (details provided upon approval)
- Subject to availability and approval
Important Notes
- Additional people require additional tickets
- Additional space requires an additional fee
- Vendor tickets and spaces may be transferred to another approved vendor if you are unable to attend
- All transfers must be communicated and approved by the production team in advance at support@solylunafestival.com
- Vendor fees are non-refundable

Sol y Luna Festival supports community-driven growth.

As an approved Vendor, you will receive a unique referral discount code.

How It Works
- Your code gives your guests 10% off their ticket
- You receive 10% commission on each ticket sold using your code
- Sales are tracked automatically
- Commission is paid according to production payout timelines
- Commission applies only to participant (General Admission) tickets sold through your referral code. Vendor ticket purchases are excluded from commission payouts.
Promotion is encouraged but not mandatory.

POWER DYNAMICS, SAFETY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Sol y Luna Festival is not a sexual marketplace.

As a Vendor, you agree to:
- Acknowledge the positional power and influence vendors may hold in intimate or vulnerable festival environments
- Respect trauma-informed boundaries at all times
- No sexual solicitation, grooming, or suggestive sales tactics
- No leveraging vulnerability, altered states, or emotional openness
- No private or hidden sessions outside approved vendor areas
- No misuse of positional access or authority
Any violation may result in:
- Immediate removal from the festival
- Loss of vendor privileges
- No refunds
- Disqualification from future productions
Removal may occur without refund and without prior warning if safety or integrity is compromised.
