Dear Applicant:

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter is seeking college bound high school seniors or current enrolled college students for the Janice M.T. Johnson Educational Scholarship award. This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving young lady.

The purpose of the $500 scholarship is to assist graduating high school seniors or current college students in or from New Castle County, Delaware with obtaining supplies such as computers, books, or other related tools to support their educational journey. This scholarship targets under-represented minority students (African-Americans, Latinos, and Native Americans) who are currently high school seniors, residing in New Castle County, Delaware. It is particularly aimed at African-American females.

Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, the applicant must be accepted at a college or university granting a four-year degree or enrolled in a post-graduate degree, or enrolled in a Post-grad assistance program. The recipient must provide proof of acceptance and enrollment before funds will be dispensed. Please note, you may be asked to interview with the scholarship committee.
