Late and Cancellation Policy
Please respect our technician's time and other customer's because last minute changes impacts the technician's paycheque and prevents other customers to book the appointment if not sufficient time is given.
Our system will automatically generate a $25 invoice on your account for any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment.
Our systems will automatically generate an invoice for 50% of the service booked if you do not show up to your appointment.
Your VIP status will be reset if this occurs 3 times.
