VMUN is committed to ensuring that delegates have the best experience possible. In order to change their country, committee, and position, delegates must complete this form with their current position and committee, and which committee and position they wish to change to. In their request, delegates must provide reasoning as to why they want to change their positions, which will be used for evaluation and processing. Hence, delegates are encouraged to be comprehensive in their justification.

In the early stages of registration, position switch requests will be more leniently considered. However, as the conference draws nearer, position switch requests will become harder to accommodate. Please be aware that it may not be possible to accommodate each and every request. 

VMUN will not consider any position switch requests submitted after November 7, 2024.
