Request for subsidised truck license
Eligibility & Approval: Available to plant-based primary producers only. Training must be approved prior to booking, and requests may take up to 30 days for review. Approval Timeframes: Once approved, training must be booked within 30 days, or the approval will lapse. Funding & Contributions: SmartAg Queensland provides a 50% co-investment only (participant contribution required) to a maximum of 3 participants per business per year. Through SmartAg Queensland, you can access 5 hours of subsidised lessons and the test at 50% off for MR, HR, HC and MC licenses. This offer is for 3 employees per business per year. Funding is subject to availability and monthly caps. Delivery & Exclusions: Growers and providers coordinate training directly. Re-tests and additional costs are not covered, and providers deliver at their discretion.
