Please complete all information below. Select one preferred date to attend. Each informational session / school tour has a limited amount of seats available. There will be a Saturday showcase if you are unable to attend one of the mid-week informational session / school tours. If you would like your child to see the school, please attend the Saturday OCTOBER 26th 10am event, otherwise please keep your child in school during school hours (education is important).

- Acceptance into Ammons Middle School IS NOT based on a first come serve basis. So long as you apply by January 15, 2025 your child will be entered into the random lottery (as long as they meet minimum entry requirements).
- If the informational session tour day you desire is full or unavailable, please choose from one of the available dates. The deadline to apply to Ammons MS is January 15th at yourchoicemiami.org.
