This Facility is open to both UK Limited and LLPs. Non-homeowners also eligible with no cap, so can apply up to the full £1M limit. The facility approval level is usually maxed at 10 - 20% of your last 12 months turnover,

This facility is for short-term use Cash Flow. You are able to overpay and settle early, Only paying the interest up to the day that you borrow. You can also use the facility in a similar way to a revolving credit facility providing you are get re-approved.
