Complete this to get on the waiting list for state CDE/LDEs. This does not guarantee competition. However, if a team/teams drop, chapters may fill spots in order of form completion. NOTE: Once you have accepted entry, you will be charged a $250 late fee. For those events where the team/individual qualified through a district qualifier, admittance is guaranteed but the form must be completed to track late fee charges and communication with administration.
