Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions before submitting your booking request:
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Content Capture Crew. We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings based on availability and requirements.
Payment Terms: A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your Content Capturer. This payment is non-refundable and must be completed through one of the accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due the day before your event to receive your content.
Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellations not made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Content Rights: All content captured during the event is the property of Content Capture Crew until full payment is received. Upon payment, content rights will be transferred to the client. Content Capture Crew reserves the right to use captured content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability: Content Capture Crew will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising during the event. We recommend that clients ensure adequate insurance coverage for their events.
Client Responsibilities: It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear instructions regarding the content required and any specific moments to capture. Content Capture Crew will not be responsible for any missed shots or footage due to unclear or insufficient instructions.
Event Changes: Any changes to the event schedule or requirements must be communicated to Content Capture Crew as soon as possible. Significant changes may result in additional charges.
Force Majeure: Content Capture Crew will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other natural or man-made disasters.
