Customer Cookie Request Form
Welcome to Kookies with a Kay homemade sugar cookie order form. Thank you so much for choosing me! After you submit this form, I will get back to you within 24 hours with my availability, price quote, and other details. I do ask that orders of a dozen cookies or more be place at least 2 weeks in advance from your event date. Pricing starts at $36 a dozen (minimum of 1 dozen). More detailed cookies fall into the $40 - $42 range a dozen. I do offer heat-sealed bags for an extra $5 fee. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your price quote.
