Performance Release Contract
This Performance Release Contract ("Contract")** is entered into by and between **RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️** ("Company") and the undersigned **Artist/Performer** ("Performer") as of the date set forth below. This Contract outlines the terms and conditions for the Performer's participation in live events, film, and sound recording projects produced by **RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️** or **RockSteadyStudiozLive©️**.
**1. Grant of Rights**
The Performer hereby grants RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ the sole and exclusive right to record, photograph, and capture their performance(s) ("Performance") during live events. RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ shall have the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Performance footage and any associated materials for advertising, marketing, and distribution purposes across all media formats, including but not limited to film, television, online platforms, and promotional materials.
*2. Intellectual Property Rights and Privacy Policy**
The Performer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights related to the Performance, including but not limited to the footage, recordings, and promotional materials, are the exclusive property of RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️. The Performer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information obtained during the course of the event and not to disclose or use such information for any unauthorized purposes. RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ is committed to protecting the privacy and intellectual property rights of all individuals involved in its productions.
*3. Sexual Harassment Policy**
RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment. Any form of unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature will not be tolerated. Performers, their entourage, and all participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the Contract and removal from the event, with no refund of any fees paid.
4. Business Etiquette and Decorum**
RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ upholds a positive business environment and expects all Performers, their entourage, and participants to adhere to the highest standards of business etiquette and decorum. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the Contract in the event of any disruption caused by the Performer or their entourage, including but not limited to violation of dress code, obscene conduct, excessive drunkenness, or any other behavior that is deemed detrimental to the event.
5. Company Values and Principles**
RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ is dedicated to **Black Media Excellence** and the advancement of **education in disadvantaged communities**. The Company prioritizes **financial literacy**, **small business development**, and **community empowerment** through its productions. Performers are expected to align with these values and contribute positively to the Company's mission.
6. Liability for Loss of Property and Damage**
The Performer accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during their participation in the event. RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ shall not be liable for any personal property loss, damage, or injury to the Performer, their entourage, or any third parties resulting from the Performance or participation in the event. The Performer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RSZMEDIA HOLDINGS LLC©️ from any claims arising from their actions.
7. Legal Binding Agreement**
By signing below, the Performer acknowledges and agrees that this Contract is a legally binding agreement. The Performer has read and understood all the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract and agrees to abide by them.
