Basketball Fall League 9/6/25 - 11/15/25 - Practice will be once per week on Mondays Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 4P - 9PM. Games will be on Friday between 6PM - 9PM & Saturdays between 8AM and 8PM 
Basketball Winter League 12/ 13/25 - 2/21/26.Location for events will be @ Synergy Sports Adventure Sports Complex - 4301 NE 23rd Street, OKC

GTH 4XIII – EPIC FAMILY AGREEMENT 2025/26 School Year

Contractual agreement regarding funds for GTH 4XIII classes, academy teams, and camps
By signing this for yourself and in representation for / regards to the children / minors you are registering, you understand and agree with the stated information below:

1. I agree that I have the correct amount of funds in my child Epic tuition account to pay for the current program(s) I am enrolling in. In the event that I do not have sufficient funds in my Epic tuition account, I give GTH 4XIII (Gym Time Hoops) consent to charge my card with the remaining amount due. (You have 10 days from the date of notification to provide an alternative form of payment before your card is charged). If I cancel my card, have my bank refute the charges, or the card has insufficient funds to cover any remaining balance from Epic tuition, I will not be allowed to enroll in any of GTH 4XIII programs for any of my family or minors in my care until balance is made current.

2. I understand that by registering in any of our program(s) my Epic tuition, once applied, will not be refunded back to me or applied to a future season or a different player for any reason whatsoever. If the player in question attended at least one class (free trial notwithstanding) I will be charged for the prorated amount of the season remaining from when I registered, even if the amount reflects a number of classes I agreed to but was unable to attend. (Little Trotters and academy teams are seasonal, while GTH 4XIII skills training camps are weekly- Epic only pays invoices monthly.)

3. I acknowledge that if I use my personal credit or debit card to pay for the full dues of the program(s) I am enrolling for, that if Epic does not reimburse GTH 4XIII fully due to lack of funds or issues with your account, that I may not be refunded in full or at all.

4. Epic does not pay for memberships, so for Little Trotters I must pay with card upon registration for my player(s) annual individual membership. In this instance, I give GTH 4XIII permission to save my card in their database to charge if my Epic tuition is insufficient or there is an issue with my account (see #2).

5. Epic does not pay for Summer programs after May 31st/the end of the school year, so all registrations for Summer classes, teams, and camps must be done prior to that date in order to receive Epic tuition.
6. I agree to contact Epic, as GTH 4XIII will not be able to help, with any issues in regard to their invoicing policies or my account, specifically in regard to funds for program tuition.
