Driver Screening Process

For any Driver in the Parish or Parish Schools who will drive a Parish-owned vehicle. This form is secure and encrypts data. If you'd rather provide this information in person, feel free to contact Rob at 516-627-0385 x 1037 to arrange for that. Thank you!

This process will take a about 30 minutes to complete - as it includes a "QUIZ" based upon a training manual from the diocese.

3) Once Rob receives this, he will set you up in the Diocesan system, and you will get an email directly from CHECKR which will guide you to complete the Driver Screening Process.

Step Three: Completing the Driver Screening Process through CHECKR

A link will be sent to you in an email in a few days.
Within a few days, you will receive an email to the address you provided above that will provide a link for you to go through CHECKR - the Driver Screening process the Diocese has employed for this purpose. This screening process ONLY checks for issues related to driving for this driver. Nothing else.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CLICK ON THE LINK IN THAT EMAIL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT and complete the Driver Screening questions (you will need your license for that).
