McQueen Craft Faire Preregistration Agreement and Invoice October 17-19, 2025

Preregistration is a process offered to all previously juried artisans accepted into the 2024 McQueen Craft Faire. This program provides the opportunity for artisans to secure participation in the 2025 McQueen Craft Faire, October 17-19 by eliminating the application procedure for items that have been juried and sold in this year's event. Preregistration also provides the opportunity to secure the same booth location.
Rules and requirements: Artisan must submit this form by Sunday, October 20th, 12:00pm. After submitting form, please visit the lobby to make payment with a member from the Boosters Guild. Cash or Venmo will be accepted. Form will be incomplete without payment made. Late registrations will not be accepted.
1. Preregistration is applicable for only those items that have been previously juried, new items are subject to the same jury process which starts in spring 2025.
2. There is no rain date for the McQueen Craft Faire and refunds will not be given due to weather
3. All artisans are required to comply with the State of Nevada tax laws
4. A minimum deposit of 50% of all booth fees is required. This is a non-refundable deposit
5. Your final balance is due by July 31, 2025, with NO EXCEPTIONS. If your entire balance is not paid in full by July 31, 2025 you will forfeit your booth and all deposits.
