Setup and Cleanup Time Allocation: Each event booking includes a courtesy one-hour setup period before the event and a half hour cleanup period at the end of your event. Adherence to these time limits is required.
Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment and event floor design must be completed at least 14 days prior to the event date. This policy is essential for the smooth preparation and execution of your event.
Capacity and Coat Check: Our main ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 177 guests. We offer a coat check service at an additional cost of $100 with an attendant and $50 without an attendant.
Additional Amenities: We are pleased to provide a full bar including a bar attendant, complimentary Wi-Fi, ambient lighting, on site RD staff and a high-quality surround sound system suitable for your guest musical entertainment.
