• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Consultant:

    • Lead and manage the implementation/customization project
    • Provide expertise in Salesforce best practices and configurations
    • Communicate regularly with your Project Team
    • Deliver all agreed-upon deliverables on time and within scope
    • Provide training and support as outlined

    You:

    • Assign a primary point of contact for the project
    • Provide access to necessary systems, data, and resources
    • Participate in requirements gathering, review meetings, and testing
    • Ensure timely feedback and approvals
  • Nonprofit Consultant Menu:

    These tasks are aimed at ensuring that the Salesforce system effectively supports the nonprofit's mission and operations, allowing the organization to focus on its goals while leveraging technology to improve its impact.

    • 20% upon requirements gathering
    • 20% upon completion of system design
    • 20% upon completion of development
    • 20% upon completion of testing & QA
    • 20% upon completion of training & support

    Acceptance Criteria:

    The project will be considered complete when:

    • All deliverables have been provided as per the agreed specifications
    • Successful user acceptance testing (UAT) has been completed
    • All training and documentation have been delivered
    • Post-implementation support has been provided

    Confidentiality:

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and data exchanged during the course of this project.

    Termination:

    This agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice if either party fails to meet their obligations as described.
