BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and $50.00 deposit are required. The deposit is non‐refundable and non‐transferable and will go towards services. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Zelle ,and Venmo. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated day of service(s).
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please have a clean washed face. If hair service required please have hair washed and dried. Ensure location temperature is cool and not hot so that makeup and hair will set properly.
TRAVEL FEE: Travel within 25 miles of San Jose , CA is completely free of charge. A mileage fee ($1.00/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 25-mile radius of San Jose , CA.
PAYMENT: The final balance is due the day of the event No exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract.Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Zelle ,and Venmo.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
