TICKET EMAIL: Tickets will be sent via email from Peek Pro. If you can’t find their tickets, please contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
RESCHEDULING: Parties can self-reschedule via your ticket confirmation email up to 30 minutes prior to their start time. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled tee time; if you are earlier or later, our staff will try to accommodate your party pending availability.
Reschedule your order: step-by-step instructions
PEEK PROTECT: If you purchased tickets with Peek Protect insurance and need to reschedule, you will need to cancel and repurchase your order. Peek Protect allows for cancellation up to 24 hours before your tee time. Please visit your confirmation email for more information.
COURSE CLOSURES: If the course needs to close for extreme weather, ticket holders will be contacted to reschedule.
REFUND POLICY: All tickets are final sale. Refunds for no-show tickets will not be granted.
