Hi there! While you're on the waitlist for our sessions, please fill out this form to help us determine which of our services will best meet your needs. Please choose one issue when you fill this in, and if you'd like to work on more than one issue, please submit another form.

Everything you share in this form is completely confidential and will only be reviewed by me and my tiny team.

Feel free to provide as much or as little detail as you’re comfortable with, and please be as honest as possible. The more accurately you fill out the form, the better I'll be able to assess whether I can help you or if I should refer you to another resource.

I review all submissions and will identify those that fall outside my area of expertise, offering referrals where appropriate.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a session, but it does mean I will notify you when a spot becomes available. In the meantime, my team will suggest other services that may be beneficial for you.

(Please note that the current wait time for one-on-one sessions with Mint is approximately 6 months.)

We're so sorry you went through this experience. Please know that it is absolutely not your fault, and that there are ways to overcome this.

Our services revolve around somatic work, which means that a lot of what we do mainly involves touch and tuning into sensations in the body. This may not be suitable for someone who has unresolved sexual trauma; because this kind of work may be too triggering or too overwhelming for your nervous system at this stage.

Before working with a somatic sexologist, it's important to first take the time to process your experience with a specialized trauma therapist.

If you're in Egypt, we highly recommend Sara Aziz and Mariam Nader, as well as the therapists working with SAFE Egypt.

The journey back home to pleasure is possible, and it starts by working on regaining a sense of safety in your body.
