    As a apart of your pre-screening, you consent to completing all employment verification tasks. An applicant or employee's consent to submit to drug testing is required as a condition of employment, and the refusal to consent may result in refusal to hire the applicant and disciplinary action, including discharge, against the employee for a refusal. Please review the tasks below and certify that you understand which expenses are reimbursable and which are applicant expenses only.

    The following expenses are reimbursed after the employee completes the required job training:

    • TB test
    • Fingerprints
    • Supervised training (half time)

    The following expenses will not be reimbursed regardless of the employment outcome:

    • CPR certification
    • Drug test

    NOTE: MUST HAVE A PHOTO OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD TO COMPLETE APPLICATION.
