HOLDING AND HEALING SPACE

Holding and Healing Space is our FREE 8-week program for Muslim mothers residing in the Halton Region. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment for caregivers, teach stress management techniques, and offer guidance and support to improve communication. We will also focus on building and strengthening our community connections while learning to develop communication strategies to deal with parenting conflicts. Our sessions will teach a variety of skills to help Muslim caregivers understand their relationship to anxiety, foster their creativity, and develop self-awareness and self-empowerment through mental health literacy.
