Welcome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raket.ph Mini Course ("Course") and its materials. By purchasing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Resale and Distribution1.1 Under the Master Resell Rights granted for the Raket.ph Mini Course, you are authorized to resell the Course itself and its included materials.2. Reselling the Course 2.1 The Raket.ph Mini Course is a Master Reseller Rights Course. This means you have the right to resell the Course itself and its products.2.2 You may list the Course for sale on Raket.ph.2.3Retail Price The standard retail price of the Raket.ph Mini Course is ₱999. This price cannot be lowered by resellers;You may sell the Course's freebies bundled or separately, but the retail price for each item must be followed.You may not share the Course materials with anyone outside of your purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, other members of the CRA Community or students of CRA. We aim to avoid conflict of interest and future issues.

First Offense: Warning and communication with your seller (if applicable) for advisement.Second Offense: One-month access removal from Raket.ph Mini Course and its products. You will be unable to sell the Course or related materials during this period.Third Offense: Permanent access removal from Raket.ph Mini Course and its products. You will receive a formal letter outlining the conditions for possible reinstatement.Fourth Offense: Legal action with potential monetary repercussions will be taken if we discover you selling, downloading, or copyrighting any intellectual property belonging to Funnel Academy.
