Swan Lake Take Flight Day Sign Up Form

Take Flight Days are a longer movement workshop for max 30 young people. Participants will play games, take part in group activities, learn choreography, and will receive a funded ticket to watch a performance of Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake with a parent/carer or friend on the same day. There will be two at each venue, one for younger participants (10yrs +) and one for older participants under (up to 18yrs, 24yrs if disabled). If at capacity, participants will be selected at random and we will direct everyone to further opportunities to experience dance in the local area.
