REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

Registration for the conference is open to all interested stakeholders in the fields of health economics, policy, and management, including scholars, healthcare practitioners, and policymakers. Not an AIES member? You can still attend the conference by registering as an AIES NON-MEMBER. Important Dates:

November 10th, 2024: Deadline for registration for all presenters.
November 30th, 2024: Deadline for registration for all other participants.

Note: The registration form is considered complete only after the conference fee is paid.

PARTICIPATION FEES:

 

AIES Members: 

• Without Dinner:
  • 150 EUR: For members who have already paid the 2024 membership fee.
  • 200 EUR: For members who have not paid the 2024 membership fee.
• With Dinner:
  • 200 EUR: For members who have already paid the 2024 membership fee.
  • 250 EUR: For members who have not paid the 2024 membership fee.

Non-AIES Members:

• Without Dinner:

Social Dinner:

An additional fee of 50 EUR per person is required for the social dinner.

Attendance: Please indicate if you will attend the dinner.

Accompanying Persons: Indicate the number of accompanying persons attending the dinner.
