I (Client) understand that the fee for this 2.5 hour Workshop is non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that payment is expected in full at the time of form submission to confirm my spot. I certify that my dog is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and will provide proof of such at the beginning of the Workshop. I will use the designated potty areas on Trainer's property and will pick up after my dog immediately. I will come to the Workshop prepared and ready to work with the tools needed to have a successful session. I will also have FUN!
