Bolsover Town FC - 2026 Tournament Entry Form

Age Groups and schedule :

Age groups are as of the 2026/2027 season.

Girls Teams: Teams which are all girls, up to, and including, under 12s, may choose to enter the tournament one year younger.

No representative teams or academy players will be accepted into the tournament.

Bolsover FC have the right to refuse any team(s) we feel are not appropriate to be entered into the tournament.

Team sizes

Under 7s, under 8s and under 9s will play 5 v 5, and a maximum squad size of 9.

Under 10s and older will play 6 v 6, and a maximum squad size of 11.

Entry Fees

The entry fee is £40 per team.

Discounted entry of £70 for two teams in the same age group.

Please note If full payment is not received on completion of this form your team(s) will not have secured a place.

Trophies and Medals

Under 7s to Under 11s: All players will receive a participation medal within these ages. The winning team will receive a trophy.

Under 12s and older: The winning team will receive a trophy.
