Each workshop includes all the essentials to create a beautifully curated two-person grazing box, along with light snacks to enjoy during the session. Learn expert techniques on cheese and meat selection, cutting, and folding. A minimum of six guests is required, and the location must be secured before the workshop can be confirmed. An additional travel fee applies for locations outside of Atlantic County. Scout & Cellar wine tasting can be added on for an additional $10 per person.

    • All grazing products include artisanal cheese, cured meats, and assorted accompaniments (including something sweet such as dark chocolate, mixed nuts or trail mix, fresh berries or grapes, crackers, olives or pickles, & Beachy Keen jam) on a disposable tray otherwise noted.   

      Please note all trays are custom and final product
      will differ from any posted images. 

      We guarantee the freshness of our charcuterie trays for 24 hours. Charcuterie trays can technically last a week (7 days from date of delivery/pick up) if wrapped well.  When refrigerated, moisture will accumulate affecting the integrity of the product.

      If tray contents remain and the perishable items have not been left at room temperature (or above 41 degrees Fahrenheit) for longer than 4 hours, we suggest removing each item and placing in separate bags/containers and place in the refrigerator immediately.

      Please do not leave perishables at room temperature (or above 41 degrees Fahrenheit) for longer than 4 hours; after 4 hours, please dispose of all perishable/refrigerated items.

      All orders placed require a 50% deposit to secure date. Date will not be secured until deposit is received.  

      Preferred Payment Methods: Zelle, check, and cash are appreciated. 

      Other Payment Options: Credit, debit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Thank you for your understanding!
